The City of Dallas invites the community to join for a special presentation highlighting the Dallas Cultural Plan Progress Report facilitated by the Office of Arts & Culture (OAC). City leaders will provide remarks along with performances by local groups. The OAC staff will be sharing updates regarding the Dallas Cultural Plan.
