DALLAS- The City of Dallas Department of Housing & Neighborhood Revitalization will open Home Repair applications from August 19 to 30th. Leading up to applications opening we have 5 weeks of virtual and in-person workshops, available in both English and Spanish, to help residents prepare their applications and answer questions about the program.
The Home Improvement & Preservation Major Systems Repair Program (MSRP) provides home repair assistance up to $24,000, in the form of a forgivable loan, to eligible households for major systems repair. This can include things like replacing an HVAC system, doing electrical or plumbing work, accessibility repairs, and more.
